Changing your password


To change your password go to My Settings in the tool bar and in the grey Administration box on the left hand side there is the option to Change Password

You will be asked to enter your old password and the new one you wish to replace it with. 

Click on Save Changes.




Forgotten password


If you have forgotten your password for your Specle account you can request to have it reset. 

When logging into Specle, next to the password field there is a Help! I forgot my password link. 

Click on this link and enter the email address you signed up with. 

Click on Send me help and you will receive an email with a link to change your password.














Adding users to your existing account


To add new users to your company’s Specle account go to My Settings in the tool bar and in the grey Administration box click on Account Users

This will show you the list of people registered to access your account. In the right hand corner there is a + New User icon. 

Click on it to invite someone to use the account. 

Enter their name and email address and they will be sent a link allowing them to create a password. 

Once they have activated their login details, they will appear in your account users list.






Adding new card details


If you want to delete or add new card details you can do this in the 'Credit card details' section. If you already have a card attached to your account it will show you the details in this section. If you wish to detail the current card click the delete card link.


To then add a new card click 'Add a card.'
