Signing up

1. Click Sign Up in the top-right corner on to sign up to Specle. Fill in the required information, and click the link in the activation email you receive to activate your account.

Resetting your Password

Follow this link to reset your password :


  1. Go to the login page on Specle.

  2. Click on Help! I forgot my password.

  3. Enter the email you registered with.

  4. Click on Send me help to receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Changing Your Password

If you are logged in, you can follow this link to change your password:


  1. Go to the My Settings tab in the tool bar.

  2. Click on Change password.

  3. Enter your old password and your new one.

  4. Click on Save Changes.

Adding New Users

To add a new user you can either click on the New User button under the My Ad Deliveries tab or

  1. Go to the My Settings tab in the tool bar.

  2. Click on Account users.

  3. Click on New User.

4. Enter the new user's name and email address, and click on Invite user. They will receive an email to activate their account and create a password.

5. Once they have activated their account, they will appear in the list of users.

Adding or Deleting Card Details

  1. Go to the My Settings tab in the tool bar.

  2. Under the Credit card details section you can delete your current card, and click Add a card to add a new one.

  3. If there is no card attached you can simply click on Add a card.

Note that when you add a card under My Settings, there is 6p charge in order to validate the card. If you wish to avoid this charge, please delete your old card (if there is one attached), but wait to add a new card until you are sending an ad.

Clicking on Approve and Send and entering your card details when delivering an ad, lets you tick the option to save the card onto your account and does not charge you 6p, as the ad delivery charge validates the card.

viewing transactions

1. Go to the My Invoices tab in the tool bar.

2. Click on the relevant transactions under Invoiced to see more information, or view your Being invoiced, or Not yet invoiced transactions by clicking on the tabs.
