At Specle, we want to make our customers' workflow as seamless as possible, and that includes the payment process for any services you have used and ad delivery.
For PAYG customers, payment is made at the point of delivery using a credit card. Additional options are direct debit or invoicing. To sign up to pay via direct debit, please click here. For invoicing, this is only available for large-volume users. You will receive an invoice for all services used on the 28th of each month.
For Bundle purchases, this can be processed over the phone or by email using a credit card. Once payment has been processed, the credits will be added to your account. If you would like to be invoiced for a Bundle, you will need to fill out our invoicing form and our accounts team will send you an invoice for this purchase. Please ask our Support Team to set up this.
For Specle Colour customers, you can also pay via the above methods (Credit Card, Direct Debit or invoicing).
Please note that for invoicing requests, there is a £5 admin charge per invoice.
