What are my options if there are errors on my advert?

The publisher/media owner supplies all specifications on the Specle database. This means the errors, identified after the pre-flight has been completed, are flagged because they do not meet the publisher/media owner's requirements and cannot be delivered. The upload will then need to be revised in order to clear all errors and be ready for delivery. 


If an ad fails the preflight check, customers can call or email the Specle Support team for instructions or - alternatively - click on 'Fix it for me' to have the ad amended by a Prepress Technician. For this service, we charge £35+VAT/€45This is not inclusive of delivery.
