When an advert has been delivered to your publication, a notification email is sent to the email address used as the delivery method. Within this email, there will be a link to open the PDF that has been sent. If you have not received this email, it may mean your email address is not set as the delivery address for that publication.
An alternative method to collect the advert is by logging into your Specle account, and going to "My Incoming Ads". There you will find a list of all uploads to your publications with a status (checking, collected, delivered, review errors). To filter these adverts, click on the "Filter" button, and enter the relevant information for the advert you are looking for:
To download the advert, click on the job and select Download Final File.
